47Hz is a curated events calendar that helps users discover professional, startup, and networking events in their city. The Service includes event listings, newsletters, event submissions, and related features.

3. User Conduct

• Do not submit false, misleading, or spam event listings.
• Do not attempt to scrape, overload, or disrupt the Service.
• Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

4. Event Submissions

By submitting an event, you grant 47Hz a non-exclusive license to display, promote, and distribute the event information through the Service and its newsletters. 47Hz reserves the right to edit or remove any listing at its discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of 47Hz or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Donations

Donations are processed through Stripe. Donations are voluntary and non-refundable. 47Hz does not store full payment card details.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. 47Hz does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that event information is accurate or complete.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 47Hz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.

9. Changes to These Terms

47Hz may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
