47Hz ("we", "us") operates the 47Hz website (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We believe in transparency and minimal data collection.

- Event submissions: If you submit an event, we collect the information you provide (such as event details and your contact email if included) to review and publish the listing.
5) Donations
If you donate, payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card details. Stripe may collect information according to their own privacy policy. We only store donation amounts and timestamps for our records.
How We Use Information
- Operate, maintain, and improve the Service
- Send weekly newsletter digests to subscribers (Monday 6 AM Pacific)
- Review and publish submitted events and prevent spam/abuse
- Respond to questions and correction/removal requests
- Monitor site performance and reliability with self-hosted analytics
- Process donations via Stripe
Sharing
We may share information with service providers that help run the site:
- Vercel: Hosting provider
- Supabase: Database and authentication
- Resend: Email delivery for newsletters
- Stripe: Payment processing for donations
- Microsoft Clarity: Session replay and heatmap analytics
- Google Analytics: Site traffic and engagement measurement
We do not sell or share your data with advertisers or third-party trackers. We may disclose information if required by law.
Data Retention
We keep usage logs for a limited period as needed for security and operations. If you submit an event or contact us, we retain that information as needed to operate the Service or comply with legal obligations.

- You can unsubscribe from the newsletter anytime via the link in every email.

- You can request deletion of your newsletter subscription data by emailing us.

Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
